Our new online booking system allows all stallholders to apply online and pay directly. Plan your summer, your way! All events under WeekendEvents are able to be booked on the website. Your details will be saved so that you are able to come in and simply book when you need to. This system is a booking system, based in USA, designed for market people like ourselves. Hurrah!
The system is easy (once you've done it once!)
1. Application - fill out your details and await approval
2. Your application is assessed and your approval is sent via email
3. Login and select the event dates you want to book. You will be able to pay directly, or make a bank deposit.
Site info will be emailed to your for all events prior to the day so that you can arrive and know where you need to be, where to park, start times, pack up times etc. Waihi Beach Sunday Market will be sent out weekly to the casual bookings, Whangamata Weekend Markets will receive their site info the week prior and Waihi Beach Summer Fair will receive their site info prior to Christmas each year. Sooooo easy! :-)
